Exchanges and Returns

Products may be returned within 14 calendar days in accordance with Ukrainian law, provided that they retain their original condition, show no signs of use, and have undamaged security features (seals), size tags, and labels.

The item must be returned together with all original packaging. If the item was purchased as a set, it must be returned in its entirety.

The refund is processed after the returned order has been received and successfully inspected.

The funds are returned to the same payment details from which the payment was made. Please note that payment processing by the bank may take up to 3 business days.

All costs associated with returning or exchanging goods of proper quality, including return shipping, are borne by the buyer.
Shipping costs for returns or exchanges are calculated according to Nova Poshta’s rates.

The “Custom Tailoring” service involves creating a product based on your individual measurements and preferences regarding design, materials, and functionality.

Because each order is unique, custom-tailored items are not eligible for exchange or return.

Sale items are also not eligible for exchange or return.

Please ensure the accuracy of the measurements you provide before confirming your order. If you have any doubts, our specialists will be happy to assist you during the technical specification preparation stage.

Custom Tailoring

If you have a non-standard body type or need a large or small size, we will custom-make the item just for you. We can also create gear or clothing from scratch based on your specific needs, ideas, and preferences: camouflage, military uniforms, or any other specialized item with the required functionality.

To place a custom order, contact our manager and provide your measurements, preferences, ideas, and all important details regarding the future product.
Production time is 3–5 business days (depending on production workload).

Are there any discounts for military personnel?

We treat everyone with the utmost respect. The cost of our products has already been optimized as much as possible, taking into account that the majority of our customers are members of the military. We deliberately do not include marketing markups in order to make protective gear affordable for those who need it most.

Do you provide receipts or other proof of purchase?

Yes, we operate legally and provide a full set of supporting documents. After payment, you will receive a fiscal receipt, an invoice, and a delivery note on the day your order is shipped. Upon request, we can also issue an invoice for payment.

Can changes be made to the clothing design—can anything be added or removed?

Yes, we offer a custom tailoring service.
We can tailor any item from our collection to fit a person’s individual measurements. This option is free of charge—no additional fees apply, except for sizes 56 and up.

Additionally, upon your request, we can make modifications to the design: remove or add specific elements (such as knee pads, pockets, Velcro fasteners, or other details). All such adjustments are discussed individually and made to order.
The turnaround time for custom orders is also determined on a case-by-case basis.

What payment methods are available?

Payment is made to the sole proprietor’s bank account.
Orders are accepted only upon full prepayment. After payment is made, you will receive an email at the address provided with an order confirmation and an estimated shipping date. If you have any additional questions, please contact us on Telegram @t_form. We are always happy to help!

Are small and large sizes available?

Yes, we offer a wide range of sizes according to our size chart—from the smallest to the largest. If you can’t find the size you need, you can take advantage of our free custom tailoring service. We’ll make the item exactly to your measurements so that it fits perfectly and performs its function 100%.

Can I exchange or return the item?

Yes, exchanges or returns are possible in accordance with current legislation within 14 business days of receiving your order, provided that the item has not been used and all tags, packaging, and original condition have been preserved. If something doesn’t suit you, please let us know. We’re always ready to help and won’t leave you to deal with the problem on your own. Your comfort is our priority.
Please note: Exchanges and returns are not available for custom-made items (tailored to your measurements or with personal alterations). However, if any issues arise, we will definitely find a solution and do everything possible to ensure your satisfaction.

How do I place a custom order?

To place a custom order, please contact us via your preferred method (phone, messaging app, or email). Our representative will provide you with instructions on how to take measurements and will coordinate all the details of your order.
Production typically takes 3–5 business days, but this is discussed on a case-by-case basis.

What fabrics do you use for sewing?

We use high-quality, proven fabrics that have stood the test of time in terms of wear and durability.

We source most of our materials directly from European countries—we work with reliable manufacturers and have our own network of trusted suppliers. This allows us to control the quality of the fabrics and be confident in their characteristics.
