PRIVACY POLICY

1. General Provisions

This Privacy Policy defines the procedure for the collection, processing, use, storage, and protection of personal data of users of the website https://t-form.com.ua/ (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”).

The data controller and responsible entity for the processing of personal data is T-FORM.

The Company processes personal data in accordance with the applicable legislation of Ukraine, including the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection”.

Payment for orders may be made using payment services and banking institutions provided by the functionality of the Website.

If payment is made through WayForPay, the relevant payment data is processed by the payment service in accordance with its own rules and privacy policy.

The Company does not have access to the full payment card details of the user if such data is processed directly by the relevant payment service.

7. Transfer of Personal Data to Third Parties

The Company does not sell or rent the personal data of its customers.
